The President of the Assembly Nexhat Daci today welcomed Britain Liberal Democrat Richard Moore and has discussed with him the developments in Kosovo, democratic prosperities of the country and preparations that institutions are doing for the determination of the status of Kosovo. He has thanked the Great Britain but also Liberal Democratic Party for continues support given to Kosovo and its population on the path of freedom and prosperity.
Mr. Richard Moore, who earlier has been President of Liberal International with residency in London, has emphasized that the Liberal Democratic Party has supported the freedom of Kosovo and today strongly supports its independence. He was very optimistic that the independence will happen but he added that he doesn™t really like that due to non-unity of political and institutional policies to be delayed the resolution of the status of Kosovo.
In the interests of the Britain liberal democrat, Moore on possibilities to include minorities in negotiations for the status, the Head of Legislature was emphasized that in the working groups of negotiation team will be included also representatives from minorities.
