The Directorate of Plenary and Procedural Affairs in support of deputies is responsible for:
a. Receiving, registering, distributing bills, amendments to bills, reports, recommendations, motions/proposals, deputies' questions for the prime minister and ministers,
b. Drafting the proposed daily agenda and minutes of meetings of the Presidency, plenary sessions as well as preparing the transcript of plenary sessions and their publication through the Press Office,
c. The transcription of meetings of the Presidency, plenary sessions and public hearings,
d. The editing of transcripts of the meetings of the Presidency, plenary sessions and public hearings,
e. Communicating with Government liaison offices regarding the preparation of the proposed Assembly agenda;
f. Preparing the Assembly's draft working plan,
g. Preparing the scenario for directing meetings of the Presidency and plenary sessions,
h. Providing support through legal and procedural advisory services for Assembly bodies and the Secretary,
i. Materialising the decisions, conclusions and recommendations of the Presidency and plenary sessions,
j. Preparing and distributing materials for examination by the Presidency and plenary sessions,
k. Managing, recording and distributing documents to deputies,
l. Securing logistical information for deputies,
m. Organising work and managing rooms for meetings of the Assembly bodies.
The Directorate for Plenary and Procedural Affairs is comprised of:
a. The proposals and submissions unit,
b. The Presidency and Plenary Session support unit,
c. The transcription and editing unit, and
d. The deputies' services unit.
